Head Wrestling Coach

Doane College, a nationally recognized liberal arts and sciences college in Crete, NE, seeks candidates for Head Wrestling Coach. The Head Wrestling Coach has the responsibility of managing the sport and student athletes in the best interest of Doane College and in accordance with all the rules of the NAIA and the GPAC Conference. The Head Coach must demonstrate: effective leadership of the team and the wrestling program; the ability to effectively recruit and retain student athletes; an excellent knowledge of the sport; an outstanding ability to teach the sport to student athletes; and the ability to represent Doane College in a positive and effective manner.

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three to five years experience in a wrestling coaching position is required. A master’s degree is preferred.
