GA - Mercyhurst University - Erie, PA (D2)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Assist Head Coach in all aspects of coaching and administering a Division II wrestling program. Primary responsibilities include: instructing, training, conditioning, developing and supervising student-athletes; work in close contact with Head Coach on recruiting; and overall planning of program. Position includes stipend and tuition waver.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidate must possess bachelor degree. Must have wrestled in college, preferably Division I or II. Good organizational skills and technical knowledge of sport required. Must possess good interpersonal skills as well as an understanding of the academic environment. Ability to work in accordance with the rules set forth by Mercyhurst University and the NCAA. Ability to work effectively with student-athletes, athletic staff and the college and community personnel. Ability to work independently and without immediate supervision. Must be accepted into a graduate program at Mercyhurst University.
