Head Varsity Wrestling Coach

Posted about 8 and a half years ago by Michele Lazaro

Sherman E. Burroughs High School is seeking a reliable, energetic, enthusiastic, and qualified varsity wrestling coach to rebuild a solid and competitive program. Our current Head Coach stepped down to coach the youth club program. The new Head Coach would already have some outstanding assistants to help build the program. Funding and support are solid. The wrestling facility has been completely remodeled with new mats, coaching office, and wrestler’s locker room.
The head coach will also be asked to lead off-season training, coach student athletes in spring tournaments and summer national level events, participate in wrestling clinics and summer camps. It is also expected that the head coach will continue the tradition of hosting the Pappy Kinsfather Memorial Fish Fry, an annual spring fundraiser for the high school wrestling program.
In the community they are currently building one of the top youth programs in the state which is coached by a 3x NCAA D1 Champion and former D1 Head Coach; he is assisted by other successful collegiate wrestlers with excellent wrestling and coaching credentials.

Teacher prefered but Walk On Coach also ok.
